Echo House is truly a house on top of a hill with stunning views and elegant furnishings

Echo Household is set in the Elysian, Northeastern elevations north of Los Angeles built on beautiful terrain. The building was erected by the US firm Aaron Neubert Architects, and in collaboration with the good site, that they built the house to make the plot go down in three different levels. This arrangement of key details remains above the technical floor consisting of the mechanic’s room and garage.

At the front of the area there is a building with four levels, in addition to the far back zone there is an art studio. A local community park allows the company to create the impression of a wider area. The residence and the artist’s studio are in different locations and they occupy adjoining garden areas, and provide a great view of the Caribbean skyline and the hillside view of the surrounding area. At street level, the floor plan is uniform and is filled with garage zones and technical spaces. One passageway leading up to the connecting staircase is the link from the garage to the main entrance of your home, and can be easily accessed via an exterior staircase.

If they arrive from the garage or the driveway, friends enter the building into a magnificent double-height family area, with a terrace area that instantly gets an impression of the city area and the view of the hills surrounding the building. The rear switch staircase joins the pleasant space with all the dining and kitchen areas at the rear of the property. The interior opens towards the garden and that will allow them to physically enlarge.

Due to the highest floor of the building, there is an enclosed zone outside the dining area. On the topmost location, the architects included 3 bedrooms, between the two divided by an additional terrace area that directly gets a view of the surrounding metropolitan city.

The studio is approximately 400 sq ft (37 sq m) in size and features white exterior and dark latticework, in keeping with the main residence. The glass wall from the floor to the top of the building makes it possible for the owner to enjoy the interior and exterior views. The interior is created with a shining color decoration and minimalist nuance, by using warm components, such as wooden floorboards that are neatly arranged and arranged in a Herringbone pattern, as well as dangling geometric luminaires.

The ceilings are double height, which makes the room filled with mild and you can delight in the opinions

The living area is styled with stylish furniture, some combo of both 3D pendant lamps along with cool art

The insides are finished at minimalist way, using a neutral color palette and luxury components
