01 Linear Rofr House With Amazing Slopes Views

The ROFR house is a project initiated by an architect named Ralph Germann who is located in the Zion area, Switzerland, precisely at the foot of the mountains. This contemporary style building gets the idea from the beautiful natural environment. The architect’s dream was to create a solid wall framework that serves as a protector from the hills above it.

The outside of this building uses a gray color, symbolically this is like a protective stone. Because the zone there is included in the disaster-prone zone, the building structure is made of concrete. The roof with a flat design can serve to place a large number of solar panels. This large number of solar panels is able to meet the power needs of this building but it can also be used to charge electric cars that are owned.

Actually, the design of this house has two different zones, although it indirectly seems to be a unified whole. The spacious living room is in one zone and in the other there is an area that can be used as a two-story apartment. Upstairs there is a terrace for relaxing, a cooking area and a living room equipped with a fireplace. The fireplace here is large enough to warm and make you feel comfortable there.

The connection between the rooms is separated by a hallway made of concrete. The living room is also installed with large windows, this allows users to get a very beautiful and spectacular view of the surrounding mountains.
the ground floor serves as a storage area that looks like a cave.

Access to enter this building is through the garage. According to Germann’s view, the longer this vehicle garage will become unkempt because it is rarely used by the owner. Therefore, in the future when the owner places his electric car outside the garage, this place can be used as an additional space that can be arranged according to the owner’s taste.
