Minimalist 3 Square House In A Dense Finnish Forest

Mikayla Lysaght October 8, 2021 Home Designs

This minimalist house with the name 3 Square House has a design concept that focuses on views of the lake and forest around the area.

This residence is located on a lakeside position in Finland. This residence was established in a very dense forest area, but only one tree was reduced by cutting it down in order to create a beautiful and more lively residential concept. The design worker who created the residence called 3 Square House is Studio Puisto, by drawing conclusions from the natural conditions around it. Moving further north, you will come to a plot where there are many landscape views and also a large lake. On the other hand the shortest distance to the shore has also just been determined.

This residence consists of three square-shaped areas that are interconnected with each other. The main room includes the living room, sleeping zone and dining area. Other small spaces include garages and equipment storage areas. The inspiration for the main room comes from the open living room where the equipment available there is interconnected but has its own function. Hallways, bedrooms, fun entertainment areas and places to study are in an unusual channel. This area also has a Utility zone, bathroom and storage area.

There are no simple prongs to the rooms, but the distance can be shared with each other by tucking in the door if desired. The main part, with the fixtures and the entire surface and all the fixtures there are walnuts covered with oil. Beyond the main area, both the walls and ceiling, as well as the vertical building, is pine with a dark oil tint. The floor is made by using OAK wood parquet and covered with dark oil. Forms a contrast to the main mass which is darkened using a paraffin-oiled alder on all surfaces. The sauna area and bathroom zone match perfectly with the core which is darkened using alder which is applied paraffin oil over the entire surface area. In addition, the bathtub uses a ceramic floor combined with wood.

An ever-changing landscape view can still be seen thanks to the sunshades placed on the outer surface area of the wall array. The doors and windows of this residence measure 2.3 square meters (7.5 feet). The size is estimated in such a way as to include other components such as glass or wood that has been smeared with dark oil. On the other side at the top and bottom is a sheet of Zinc which has not been coated with anything. The residence is very peaceful with an atmosphere that synergizes with the surrounding nature. Although the residence looks simple and geometric, the atmosphere is very natural. Look at the picture below and get the idea there!

The traditional division of the area is not branched and the interior design is minimalist

Each distance as well as the design will be centered on the ever-changing View

Very spacious terrace and outdoor hot spring

The materials used in this area help it to blend in with nature

There is an additional Standard Finnish sauna with opinion At home
