This luxurious and refined apartment was created for a few who would like to delight in the viewpoints and also entertain
The San Francisco home was created for a retired couple that were transitioning to city life afterwards residing within an yearlong residence in California’s wine region. Californian studio Jennifer Robin Interiors has applied coloring, texture and custom bits to develop a comfortable urban apartment for them.
Even the Lifestyle shift was motivated with their own desire to down size and dedicate more time for leisure pursuits. The number needed a distance that combined refinement together with coziness, and also offered cheerful moments that might help offset San Francisco’s foggy times. Huge windows, town views and also a contemporary sensibility all played in to the plan approach.
The apartment presented some difficulties, like limited distance and odd dimensions. In the public places, an abundance of big windows minimized that the usable wall space and also created a “fish bowl effect”. The designers created several smart methods to those problems. For the sole sterile wall in the room, they utilized gray plaster with a textured look, which serves like a comparison to the light toned surfaces.
The living room also includes a woven ruga side table by Konekt, a maple coffee dining table and a pair of green, wedge shaped poufs. Windows are coated with absolute drapes which provide privacy whilst adding a smooth touch on the distance.
In The dining room, the designer set a round, royal dining table with extensions that make it acceptable for lunch functions. The master suite includes a similar interplay of sophistication and playfulness. In a guest package, the group set a bed with a daybed headboard in deep azure, a rounded table as well as a wood desk wrapped with glass. Green, orange and yellow accents help to enliven the space.
