The designer made an unexpected innovation. What surprised us was that it is only 24 square meters wide but inside it can be used for contemporary living. This time we review a residence with a building area of 24 square meters but still looks beautiful and inside has functions that can be used for modern life.

This apartment was created by Brazilian architectural firm Casa 100 Arquitetura. This apartment was created for an unmarried man who is traveling for work to São Paulo. This apartment is not the main place to live, this is only a second choice that will be used just for resting. The owner of this simple apartment does not disburse large funds but still hopes to create a comfortable room to live in or rest.

Simple materials make a minimalist yet comfortable decor the designer’s choice. This concept still makes the apartment room still have a maximum level of comfort. The concept initiated by the designers clearly will not spend a lot of money. An example of equipment that does not cost too much is a table made of concrete, the material chosen will of course last longer.

The final result of the design is a place that contains a sleeping area, a place to work, a bathroom and also a small room equipped with a balcony. They become a synergistic unit and are very comfortable. The use of speckled frosted glass will make the bathroom get lighting from the outside. The concrete arrangement is created like a multi-functional shelf. On one side of the concrete table can be used as a long kitchen table where on the other side is used for a TV and storage area. In the storage area there is a zone for placing bags or suitcases, shelves for organizing clothes and shoes.

The upper concrete table can be used as a place to arrange books, arrange plants in the house as decoration and can also be used to place collectibles there. The use of sliding doors with perforated wicker serves to make what is being stored there is not clearly visible. The use of this sliding door makes this room more modern.

This apartment is made simple enough for one person and what is there has an optimal function. This is truly an alternative lodging when you are on a business trip!
